“Changes, Revolutions and Other Assorted Diversions” is an online exhibition of drawings by Timothy B. Buckwalter that features eleven works “curated” by myself.
Here’s my description of the exhibit:
“It’s a new year. Resolutions have been made (not by me!) and they will all be broken. Vices are attempted to be tempered and tamped down. But when it’s all over you still have to live in your own skin and bones. So get your dander up and go outside. Turn off the TV and computer boxes. Say hello to a stranger and help them carry that protest sign. Or at least buy them a drink.”
I’ve had the good fortune to meet Timothy virtually online via my sister this past year; they both attended Tyler School of Art in the 1980’s. Timothy has lived with his family in California for a while now and we’ve all had the opportunity to connect via Flickr.
